Why Bean?
I live in Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands.
We are affectionately known as Jersey Beans.
Why Tasting?
By trying and tasting different food and drink, we educate and enhance our palate.
With that comes experiences, enjoyment and pleasure.
Why Wine?
Quite simply, wine is amazing.
It lives. It breathes. It changes. It ages. It should be enjoyed, alone or with friends.
Just like life itself.
